Who can see my Littlebird data?

Your data is yours. Littlebird never sells your data and never trains models on your data; it is used only in ways you explicitly approve. The memory Littlebird builds is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and in transit, every connection uses TLS 1.3, and you can delete any of it, or your entire account, at any time.

More detail

The business model is the guarantee behind the policy: Littlebird's customers are its users, not advertisers. There is no data resale, so there is no incentive to look at your work.

On the infrastructure side, the memory is stored encrypted in the AWS cloud (US East) with AWS KMS managing keys, and the controls are independently audited: Littlebird is SOC 2 certified, with infrastructure regularly tested by third-party security firms.

You also control what enters the memory in the first place: capture is consent based, collection can be paused, and specific apps can be excluded entirely. The Trust Center at trust.littlebird.ai documents the details.
