What are Littlebird Routines?
Routines are proactive insights on your schedule. Littlebird delivers personalized updates built from your real work, for example a morning briefing before your day starts or a weekly recap of a project. Auto-pause is a real setting, so Routines can quiet down when you do not need them.

Most assistants are reactive: they help when asked. Routines are the proactive half of Littlebird. Instead of you remembering to ask what happened this week, the recap arrives on the schedule you set, built from what Littlebird actually saw you work on.
Common shapes: a morning briefing so you walk into Monday already briefed, a weekly project recap, or a daily journal built automatically from your day. The daily journal is an example of what a Routine can do, not a separate feature.
