Claude is powerful when you give it the right context through uploads, projects, and prompts. Littlebird builds that context for you automatically, from your screen and your meetings, and it is proactive through Routines. With Claude, context is a craft: you upload the docs, set up the project, and write the prompt that frames the task. Done well, the results are excellent. Littlebird removes that step for work questions, because it was already paying attention when the work happened.
Meetings make the contrast concrete. Littlebird captures and summarizes them automatically, with no bot joining the call, and they become part of a memory you can query. A general assistant only knows about a meeting if you hand it a transcript.

When Claude is the better choice
